SIMES, William William Bill passed away at home on Monday, October 5, 2009 at the age of 71 years after a courageous battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his parents Wesley and Katherine Simes; brothers Lawrence and Leonard (Jessie); sister Marie (Lindy) Lundeen; and brotherin-law Richard Schmalenberg. Bill is survived by his wife Bea; their six daughters and fifteen grandchildren, Cindy (John) Malinowski and their children Andrew, Adrien and Sam; Susannah Simes (Russ) and her children Joshua, Adam and Krystina; Leslie (Emil) Delnea and their children Jace, Jesse and Camryn; Maureen Simes (Dany) and their children Helena, Benjamin and Ava; Tracey Simes (Chris) and her children Jeremy and Matthew and Lisa (Andy) Potts and their son Boston; siblings Betty Schmalenberg, Jim (Sonia) Simes, Floydey (Don) Woolley and Kelly (Dorothy) Simes; sister-in-law Frances; numerous nieces, nephews and many other family and friends. Bill was deeply loved and will be dearly missed. A FUNERAL MASS will be held at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 5020 Sherwood Drive, Regina, SK on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Singing will commence at 10:00 a.m. Donations in Bill's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK S4P 2R3.
