Eisler, Ursula Published: 2010-03-12 Ursula Anne Eisler (nee Zacher) April 15, 1905 March 11, 2010 Anne passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 11, 2010 in Regina, SK at the age of 104 years. Anne was born near Odessa, NWT where she spent her childhood years. She married Frank in 1920 and moved to Vibank where they raised their family of eight children. After Frank's retirement, they moved to Regina where she spent her remaining years. Anne was a very active member of the community. She was extremely independent having taken great pride in the fact that she was able to remain in her own home with assistance from family and friends until her passing. Anne was predeceased by her husband Frank; sons Leo, Albert (Henrietta), Leslie and daughter Ellen. Left to cherish her memory are children Lorraine (George) Lockert, Jim (Jean), Gerald (Marianne), Gene (Donna), daughter-in-law Grace; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and a large extended family. Prayers will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 15, 2010 at 12:00 noon at Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church, with Rev. E. Morrissey, officiating. Interment will be in the Vibank Town Cemetery following mass. Anne's family would like to thank the staff at the General Hospital for the excellent care during her brief stay.
