ERLING IRA BOWDISH July 21, 1949 September 3, 2010 Erling (Erl) passed away Friday, September 3, 2010 after a short battle with cancer. Predeceased by his father Ira (2006), Erl is survived by his loving wife Carol; son Jason (Yvonne); daughter Teresa (Jason Luby); grandchildren, Kyle, Harrison, Rebecca; and his mother Mildred (Elsie). Also survived by his sisters, Sandra (Marvin) Binder, Euniece (Alvin) Dueck, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Erl spent a great deal of his life driving truck which took him all across North America and back home again. When he was home he always had an open door for his most prized possession, his family. He was very active with his grandchildren's lives and they knew that Papa would always be there cheering them on or just for an ear. Visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, September 8, 2010 from 6:30 8:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. A Come and Go Tea, with a short program starting at 2:00 p.m., will be held Thursday, September 9, 2010 in Speers Family Centre, 2333 Cornwall Street, Regina. Private Graveside Service at Riverside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, those so wishing may make a donation, in memoriam, to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK S4P 2R3. Ethel Chymycz Ethel passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, September 5th, 2010 at the Regina General Hospital at age 93. She was predeceased by her parents Stephen and Mary, husband Mike, grandchild Cindy Evans, sisters Annie Ciepliski, Mary Orobko, Irene Lucki, Stella Romanuck and Victoria Rohatyn. She is survived by her loving sons Ed (Laureen) and Ted (Donna), grandchildren Michael Chymycz, Blanche Chymycz (Scott Manery), Lance Chymycz (Magdalena Manu), great-grandchildren Kristopher, Kurtis, Kyle, Leevon Evans, Haley Evans, Nicolas and Colby, great-great-grandchild Justice Hagman, sisters Jean Tompkins, Barbara Fahlman, Olga (Stan) Kingdon and numerous nieces and nephews. Edward John Clark 1920 2010 On Saturday, Sept.4, 2010, Edward Clark of Kipling, passed away quietly at Willowdale Lodge, with his family at his side, at the age of 90 years. Ed was predeceased by his wife, Joan in 2009 and is survived by daughters, Susan (Don) McArthur, Watrous, SK., and Nancy (Greg) Apshkrum, Moosomin, SK., one son, Mike (Debbie) Clark, Barrie, ON., his grandchildren, Ian (Donna) McArthur, Jill and Jeff Apshkrum. A celebration of Ed's life will be held in the Kipling United Church, Kipling, SK., on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Janet Sigurdson officiating. Please feel free to show your Rider Pride. Cremation with a private interment in Lansdowne Memorial Gardens. GENTLES, Glenn Red Glenn Red Gentles passed away peacefully on Saturday September 4, 2010 at the age of 62 years. He was predeceased by his mother Beatrice. Glenn will be lovingly remembered by his wife Shirley; son Aaron; daughter Megan (Elijah) Beros; grandson Caleb and father Tom. He is also survived by a large extended family. Glenn was a long time employee of Canada Post, a professional knife maker and avid outdoorsman. At Glenn's request no funeral will be held. A FAMILY INTERMENT will take place at the Waseca Cemetery. GOODING, Morley Morley Laverne Gooding was born on September 22, 1928 in Regina and lived his whole life on the farm at Estlin and passed away peacefully at home on September 5, 2010. Morley will be forever cherished and remembered by his loving wife Leeta of 55 years; children daughter Yvonne (Brian) Templeton and their family Kyle (Lisa), Mark, Bryden and Michael; son Duke (Wendy) and their family Jesse and Amanda; son Bruce (Carolin) and their family Riley and Tessa; plus many extended family and friends. A PRIVATE FAMILY GRAVESIDE will be held. Keller, Marc Brendon

Marc Brendon KELLER Marc, avid reader, guitar player and sometimes poet, was born on May 1, 1951 and died on Saturday, September 4, 2010 in Regina after a period of illness. Marc was predeceased by his father, John Douglas Keller in 1983; sister, Mari-june in 1993 and his great aunt, Susanna Mantyak in 1983, who had a special place in Marc's heart. Marc is survived by his beloved wife, Colette Beauregard; mother, Mary Frances Keller; brother, Kevin Jozef, all of Regina and brother, Terrance and nieces and nephews, Julien, Paul, Kathleen, and Caroline of Quebec City. He is also survived by his friends, too numerous to mention whose lives he touched in quite remarkable ways. Despite the overwhelming struggles of Marc's life linked to his mental illness, he remained a man of great gentleness, generosity, independence of spirit and humour. Marc took an active role in the political process and advocated energetically for mental health through the Canadian Mental Health Society as well as the Schizophrenia Society of Saskatchewan through its' Partnership Program by giving presentations to groups such as the R.C.M.P and to political leaders. He was a collaborator with the Lilly Foundation. Marc was recognized for his work by becoming a recipient of the Lieutenant Governor's Centennial Medal in 2005. Marc husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend will be missed. He can now enjoy the peace that comes after a fight well fought. Marc struggled and won against the odds. His spirit was not defeated. RINK, Helen Ruth 1919 2010 It is with great sorrow that the family of Helen announces her passing on Thursday, September 2, 2010. She was predeceased by her parents Jake and Olga Seel; her son Calvin and brother Cliff. Helen is survived by her husband Jack of 71 years; son Doug (Wendy); daughter Jackie Trapp (Larry); daughter-in-law Carole; six grandchildren; six greatgrandchildren and four siblings. Born in Lipton, she moved to Regina, married Jack Rink and raised their family there. In addition to traveling, spending winters in Arizona, Helen enjoyed knitting, quilting, china painting, album making and ceramic teaching. Special thanks to Casa Bella Care Home for their compassionate care and to Dr. J. S. McMillan for his many years of care.
